New product manager assumes charter at PEO EIS’ Army Data Platform product office
The Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) Project Management Office at Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) hosted a change of charter ceremony July 11 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia for the Army Data Platform (ADP) product office.
During the ceremony, ARDAP Project Manager Brian Raftery presented outgoing ADP product manager Lt. Col. Laura-Jane (LJ) Freeland with the Meritorious Service Medal for her outstanding leadership of the organization from May 2022 to July 2024. ADP’s Army Vantage program collects, catalogues, integrates, analyzes and visualizes data from disparate source systems to support fact-based and resource-informed decision-making across the Army.
Freeland, who is leaving EIS to attend Army War College, described her tenure as one of the “most impactful times” in her career and thanked her many personal and professional connections for supporting her career advancement and leadership. She also praised her team for helping fulfill ADP’s mission of empowering Army users with the ability to make real-time, data-driven decisions.
“I could not have put together a better team than the one we have today,” she said.
With Freeland’s departure, ADP will be led by Cassandra Reilly, who assumed the charter at the ceremony. Reilly comes to EIS from PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support where she most recently served as deputy product manager for Mobile Electric Power Systems.
Reilly said she was both humbled and grateful for the opportunity to lead ADP and thanked her predecessor for setting a high bar.
