CHESS, ACC-RI & ISEC host ADMC-3 post award kick-off meeting

Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in collaboration with Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) hosted the Army Desktop and Mobile Computing – 3 (ADMC-3) post award kick-off meeting with the ten recently awarded vendors via teleconference on April 8, 2020. Wayne Sok, product lead for CHESS, began the session with a welcome and provided an overview of the ADMC-3 contract and the benefits it provides to both the vendors and customers.  

Rick Klemencic, ADMC-3 contract product officer at CHESS, introduced the attendees from ACC-RI, ISEC and CHESS and presented information regarding their roles and responsibilities for the contract vehicle. He then briefed the vendors on the reporting requirements including the order transaction report, noting the importance of complete, accurate and timely submissions. He concluded his presentation with information on the ordering process, the CHESS IT E-mart, the customer survey process and vendor website recommendations. 

Nate Acree, contracting officer for ACC-RI, provided a contract overview which included information on the contract scope, bid rate requirements and a breakdown of the base contract sections. One-on-one meetings with the individual vendors are being conducted separately by CHESS and ACC-RI.
